Introduction

Web 1.0 was the static. The word static refers rigid,  on such condition where only developer or creator can create web content and have permission to upload them. On this version of web user only reads or watch the content which is uploaded by developer.

But web 2.0 version  is known as dynamic version of web. "It is also taken as 2nd phase on web evolution. web 2.0 is called wisdom web, people centric web, participative and more interactive and collaborative version." (Murugan). In this version user can interact with the developer of the web content by posting comment, emoji ie. thumbs up, dislike, smiley face etc. On web 2.0 user can create blog, upload video, image and other content on web. The suitable example of web 20. is applications like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Online news etc.

The features of web 2.0 includes following features. (en.wekipedia.org)

Besides of these advantage some counter arguments are also found like the problem of replacing filtered, reviewed and edited content , which is created by experts with the content created by amateurs and which may be unsubstantiated, inaccurate or biased. (Donelan, kear and ramage, page 222)
